What is an e-gift? You can purchase any of our software (except typing) for a friend and we will e-mail the software to you. You can then forward the e-mail to the person receiving the gift or we can e-mail the software to the person receiving the gift. 

How is an e-gift delivered? All e-gifts are delivered digitally, either by e-mail or download.

What is the delivery fee? There is no delivery charge for e-gifts. You only pay the software price.

How do I pay for an e-gift? Your purchase will be processed by Amazon through our Z-store,  click here to buy, click on software you want to purchase, on the next page click on   buy-now-from-seller-with-payments.gif (1238 bytes) button to purchase.

If I buy software as a gift for someone special can I use the software? When you purchase software you are allowed to place the software on ONE computer. If you use the same computer as the person who is receiving the gift then yes you can use the software, but if you want to put the software on a second computer you will  need to purchase another copy of the software.

What if the person's computer crashes? Just e-mail us sales@21stSoftware.com and we will provide another copy of the software at no charge.
