Winning at Forty Thieves Solitaire
Learn the strategy to play and winning forty thieves solitaire.
Play: Turn over one card at a time from the deck and play on an
ace, if possible. Deck cards can also be built down in suits on the bottom card in each
row, or put in the wastepile.
You can play the top card in the wastecard, the bottom card in the tableau and the deck
card.
Remember, you're building up on the aces in sequence and in suit, and you are building
down on the bottom cards in sequence and in suit. If you remove an entire pile from the
row, the space can be filled from the deck or from the wastepile or from a bottom card.
Tips:
Play to empty a piles as soon as possible, Pick
pile with best chance of clearing. Refrain from making builds that would block places
earmarked for cards in this pile.
Use empty piles to reveal cards, reserve empty piles for
important cards.

Near end of game, use empty piles to reduce the discard pile
